Sens take their time with Karlsson and don't rush him.

The problem is that the Sens don't invest in the AHL so I don't know how well Karlsson would develop down here. It's gotten moderately better with Murrays, better drafting and trades, but I still get the sense that Murray will not hire the best people because the best people would threaten his job.
