We're all volunteers paying out of our pocket. We operate on a loss. If you'd like to help, it will be put to use running the podcast and we'll give you huge kudos on the show!
remember, 6 pm start tonight.
What? No afternoon delight?
No. And for asking, go schnappy yourself. :p
GOOD NEWS: Craig Anderson will start in nets.
GREAT NEWS: Benoit in, Lundin out.
FANTASTIC NEWS: We're playing the Panthers.
Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur...
this overconfident bunch of posts scares me--we have a rusty goalie on a team whose lost 3 straight and not looked good doing that
Let's recall a few things about Anderson:
1) there was a lot of doom and gloom about him at the start of the season as he hadn't played in months while Bishop and Lehner were playing in Bingo. He let in the 1st goal against the Jets and then took the team to 5-1-1 (the loss was the blowout in Tampa with Bishop in net).
2) Anderson's return from Chickengate was a strong game.
3) Anderson is something like 8-0 vs Florida.
I think this is going to be a turnaround game for the team. It may not be pretty at times, but it should be a win.
what's with the negative waves?
I hate negative waves
they've frikkin lost 3 straight--overconfidence just leads to massive disappointment if they do lose to this pitiful team.
again with the negative waves, Moriarity!
we got free icing there.
Going out to a sports bar. Hope they have the game on.
Wising up for the Senators and Russell have two completely different meanings. At least I hope it does.
nice gift from Silfv.
that rookie line is awesome
Wow that's a gorgeous play.
That kid line is going to be fun to watch for years to come.
I wonder if Condra could have made that shot :-)
I saw that some kid drafted in the OHL draft the other day was named Peski.
you just know,,,,
0-12 in last 3........
what an atrocious PP.
Anderson has looked good in the first period, with some good work to keep the score in Ottawa's favour.
Cautious optimism abounds.
TJ, are you cautiously optimistic?
can't wait to get Spezza back. Turris struggles in the top spot. he'll be much more productive as #2.
