Gain a single point and we face the Bruins.
Lose in regulation, with a Washington win this evening and we face the Rangers.

I'd rather face the Rangers in the 1st round. We match up better against them and it would still be a bood series.

Oh yeah, I hate afternoon games.

Crap, we have Bob Cole.

NJ in red jerseys, Ottawa in white jerseys. NJ on our left, and Ottawa on our right.

Boy that's gonna be a lot for Cole to remember.

I hope that Ottawa can solve their premature change problem when the playoffs start.

Yay for not only being stuck watching the MSG feed. But also the one MSG feed not in HD.

Gilroy? Now that was a bad one by Brodeur.

April 7, 2012 at 3:33 PM | Registered CommenterHomer

Must have paid off Brodeur to pad his stats for contract talks.

they need to go ahead and lose and face NY---they stand zero chance v. Boston

April 7, 2012 at 3:43 PM | Registered Commentertjlincoln

What's the score?

April 7, 2012 at 3:47 PM | Registered CommenterSunburned Senior

Agreed. TJ, fortunately I don't have to head back the NYC area for work until the end of the month. I won't need to watch the series with those cockroachettes.

April 7, 2012 at 3:47 PM | Registered CommenterAgent Orange

1-1 they already doubled the score from the last snoozefest v. NJ

April 7, 2012 at 3:50 PM | Registered Commentertjlincoln

Russell's at the cottage today. Should be quiet.

April 7, 2012 at 3:52 PM | Registered CommenterSunburned Senior

Is the game on CBC? Might be able to watch on plane.

April 7, 2012 at 4:01 PM | Registered CommenterSunburned Senior

NHL game center says it is. I can't check as it is blacked out there for me.

April 7, 2012 at 4:15 PM | Registered CommenterAgent Orange

Condra and Gilroy are making sure that the Sens get to go to Boston this coming week---thanks guys and hopefully both of you are replaced by better players next season

April 7, 2012 at 4:33 PM | Registered Commentertjlincoln

LOL@Homer--I'd rather eat glass and live in my Mother in Laws house the rest of my life that even watch one of those games.

April 7, 2012 at 4:34 PM | Registered Commentertjlincoln

5 on 1 devils rush. That's a good tank job there.

April 7, 2012 at 4:38 PM | Registered CommenterAgent Orange

not often u see a 5-1 on a PK for pete's sake, but it gets the Sens closer to NY. maybe

April 7, 2012 at 4:39 PM | Registered Commentertjlincoln

I hope the Flyers-Penguins series is on opposite nights than Ottawa's games. That's probably gonna be the best 1st round series in the east.
Western games are too late, Detroit-Nashville will be the only one to start at a reasonable time in the east.

April 7, 2012 at 4:41 PM | Registered CommenterHomer

I almost think a win would be better for the team rather than going in on a three game losing streak. Bruins be damned.

Condra will probably eff it all up by scoring into a wide open net with Brodeur out of position.
