That's what makes me feel better in situations like this.
Not only have they never won 3 playoff rounds in the entire history of their team (great little stat from the last podcast!), they've never played in a playoff game in HD (HNIC started HD in 2005-2006, and that was the beginning of the early golf season streak for the Leafs).

Also the Rangers have blown all their lead over Pittspuke and will soon go from 1st overall to 4th this coming week. Ottawa not the only team to not be playing very well this time of year

Positivity is hard to come by this morning but...
It's a win the Leafs didn't really need as it's too late. It will now just hurt their draft pick.
As bad as it makes us feel it doesn't change much in the standings. We'll probably play Boston whether we're 2nd or 7th. Like the other Leafs losses this year, they are not indicative of how our respective seasons are ending up. I hope this is a wake up call for the coaching staff. That would be positive. Deal with this problem now and start peaking in a couple of weaks.

With Crosby and Skinner out of the picture HNIC has fallen in love Karlsson. Apparenly he sucked last year (?) and now is great. Maybe he was just an exciting 20 year old last year and they were too focused on Toronto to notice how great this guy was becoming. I suppose HNIC needs to catch up with the "pesky Sens" story in time for the playoff as it's the only story they have to run with for TV ratings in the East. It's just reality for them. Last night actually hurt that angle as the Sens were supposed to win. It's funny in a way.

This is what happend. My brother was rowdy in section 319 and the security did not like it. They called him up to the top of the section. I went up cause i thought he would be kicked out so i woud stay with him. The security gaurd and steve argued. The security gaurd got right in steve's face and put his hands on steve for no reason...we turned around to be escorted out and next thing i knew is a police officer grabed steve and pushed him towards the elevator and then to the ground. I was upset and was thinking this is BS. I took out my phone to record it and was told to back away and put the phone away. I said no and the next thing I know is i had three police officers on me , one kneeing me in leg , one punching me in the ribs, and then the face and one trying to take me down.
Honestly I thought Canadian police where not as aggresive as they are down here in the US. And they certainly can't block u from using your cell phone here if you haven't did anything.
