Our defence played well for Lehner tonight. It has to be said. Cowen had his best night in a while. Phillips is riding the 1,000 game mojo train, and Kuba is making a fool of me. I'm glad to be wrong about this guy.

Alfie and Turris have some fancy set plays. It just doesn't seem to quite click. Alfie comes to life late in games when he plays with Karlsson, Spezza, and Michalek. He'd have more points if he wasn't part of Kyle's training program. Overall all a good thing for the big picture I guess.
