Me again. We need to get 3 tickets. Will Stubhub work ok? Which is better Section 119 or 103? It's hard to find 3.... Thanks again, we are very excited to be coming to home ice!

Before paying the extra costs at Stubhub, look at www.capitaltickets.ca (the Senators own ticket site) as there are 2500 tickets left for that game right now. On that site you can see what the view would be from any section. If you hate sitting in traffic, get to the game 90 minutes before it starts and park near the exit of the parking lot.

go grab a bite after the game and let the parking lot clear out.
for a great meal at the game, try club red. ask for James and tell him I sent you. he'll give you a nice seat in the kitchen. no seriously, tell him i sent you.
for tickets, try the ticket guy. theticketguy.ca. ask for craig and tell him the underground sent you.

Crazy Canuck
Depending on where you are staying I would take the bus. I visit Ottawa every year during Winterlude and catch a couple of home games and always take the bus form the Rideau Centre. It cost $3 each way and there are no hassles (except for it being packed). To get back you just go were it drops you off at Scotiabank Place and it brings you right back to the Rideau Centre. If the bus is full (which it will be) is goes non-stop to the game!
For things to do I would recommend the Museum of Civilization across the river in Quebec, the Aviation Museum is fantastic, I like the tour at the Mint and of course Parliament.
If you are near the Byward Market and like smoked meat you have to go to Dunns!
Systine
If you plan on grabbing a bite before the game go to Crazy Horse in Kanata (5min away from the arena). Great food and atmosphere.

Hi all,
We are coming for our first visit to Ottawa to see the Sens play on March 23 all the way from Bakersfield, California. Besides going to Tim Horton's and getting to the game early, what is your advice about parking, eating at the game, and tourist things to do in Ottawa? We know to pack passports and coats. . . . Look for my red Sens hoodie that says Retired 09 on the back! Thanks for your help!
