S6 - Episode 4: Alfie is a GOLDEN GAWD!

Could there really be any other topic to lead off with this week? Our captain, Daniel Alfredson, the Golden One himself, reached the 1,000 point plateau this week and he did it in typical Alfie style; he scored a hat trick and led his team to victory. At this point, what is really left to say about this guy that hasn't already be said? Let's leave it at thank you Alfie... and congrats. We're all proud of you.

There were some other topics to discuss this week, like the Snes finally being on the positive side of the win/loss scale. A couple of wins and one loss, to be exact; not spectacular but certainly a step in the right direction. Even Kovalev decided to join the team this week! While there were still a few points of concern, like mid-game lapses, young Karlson and a stinker against the Habs, at least we have some positives to talk about this show.

Other topics include a Pascal Leclaire sighting, our thoughts on our new colour guy, Denis Potvin, another go-round on the head shot rule, the Rypien suspension and yet another battering of the refs.

And now the REALLY good stuff. We have a major announcement about a very special guest for our next show and starting next week, we will be giving away tickets to Sens games courtesy of the Ottawa Senators. Each week, you will have a chance to win your way into a game for free. Listen up to find out how.
